PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT DETAILS
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 45 minutes of shooting time and 10 digital images in a gallery of 30-40 to select from. All gallery images will go through post processing touch-ups and fully edited to ensure the best image delivery. This historic park is filled with several barns, a charming southern colonial style home, a long pedestrian bridge as well as a vast field. There are so many options when booking this location. For this session I will bring pumpkins to include as an option in front of the barns to achieve just the perfect touch of fall harvest time!
LOCATION: McDaniels Farm park has two entrances, please meet me at the historical entrance at3251 McDaniel Road, Duluth
CANCELLATION: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are postponed due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible with no additional charge. Due to the unpredictable nature of weather, we will wait until two hours before your session start to determine if postponement is necessary.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Sharon The Love Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client may obtain prints for personal use and has permission to post digital images publicly on social media or on marketing material. Photographer requests that images posted online give credit to Sharon The Love Photography.
PHOTOGRAPHER'S USAGE: Sharon The Love Photography may use your images as promotion on social media. Please let me know ahead of your session if you would like for your session to be kept private.
MODIFICATIONS: Client may not modify images including but not limited to, removing watermarks on images they do not own, color adjustments, significant cropping, and use of photoshop or editing software after final product is sent.
LIABILITY: Sharon The Love Photography is not responsible for any injury that may occur or damage to personal property during the photo session.
PROCESSING: Professional processing of your images may take up to two weeks time.
PETS: Pets are allowed for this session at an additional add-on fee as indicated below. Pet Session Add-on includes three additional images as well as a photographer helper.
ATTENDEES: Immediate family members only per session booking. Additional family members such as grandparents can be added for an additional charge. Please contact me directly if you wish to book an Extended Family Session
PAYMENTS: The session is offered at $490. A $200. retainer is due at time of booking, and the remaining balance of $290 is due one week prior to your session. Failure to make final payment will result in canceled session.
