PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT DETAILS
MINI SESSION: Client will receive several minutes of shooting time and 3 digital images.
LOCATION: Joint Venture Park under the tree line area near Daves Creek Elementary and Joint Venture Football Field 3660 Melody Mizer Ln, Cumming, GA 30041
CANCELLATION: Sessions are non-refundable, but payments are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are postponed due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. You will be contacted in the hours leading up to your session if it is cancelled due to inclement weather.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Sharon The Love Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client may obtain prints for personal use and has permission to post digital images publicly on social media with or on marketing material. Photographer requests that images posted online give credit to Sharon The Love Photography.
MODIFICATIONS TO DIGITALS: Client may not modify images including but not limited to, removing watermarks on images they do not own, color adjustments, significant cropping, and use of photoshop or editing software after final product is sent.
PHOTOGRAPHER'S USAGE: Sharon The Love Photography may use your images as promotion on social media. Please contact me directly if you would like for your session to be kept private.
LIABILITY: Sharon The Love Photography is not responsible for any injury that may occur or damage to personal property during the photo session.
PROCESSING: All gallery images will go through post processing touch-ups and fully edited to ensure the best image delivery.Professional processing your images can take up to two weeks time.
PAYMENTS: $30 is due at time of booking for single portrait session, with any additional sibling students an add on of $15.
